Going to Saturday’s game? Do some good while you’re there

Kim Girardi, wife of Yankees manager Joe Girardi, will be co-hosting an event with Kid Styles of Bedford Hills at Yankee Stadium on Saturday in support of stomach cancer awareness.
Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., two booths will be set up at the Stadium where you can purchase a blue hair extension to show your support for intestinal cancer. There will be raffle tickets for sale as well, giving you a chance to win one of four items signed by Joe Girardi.
One hair extension costs $12, though the price drops to $10 each if you purchase more than one. All proceeds go to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University.
Stop by if you’re at the game and support a worthy cause.
